Hotel Mitru - Hotel Tupiza - Bolivia

Hotel Mitru is considered Tupiza's most upscale option. It has a pool (which the hotel claims to be “solar heated,” but is still cold), and a great buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. The rooms are equipped with hot showers and cable TV, and the hotel also has a book exchange and an attached tour agency. Rooms can get pricey, but there are ways around it. Check out the sister hotel the Mitru Anex, as guests have access to some Mitru services, or ask for the front room attached to the lobby. It’s a bit noisy, but other than that you reap all the same benefits as the big spenders.
