By Leslie Brown

Come hungry. Porcao is an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steak house, otherwise known as a churrascaria. Waiters bring a barrage of pork, mutton, steak, chicken, sausage and an assortment of Brazilian sides to your table. When you’ve had your fill, put up the red card, which means no more, please. Porcao, which literally means “big pig” in Portugese, doesn’t allude to the restaurant’s atmosphere. Porcao attracts Brazilian businessmen, elite locals and tourists alike.
