Conveniently located on the corner of the Plaza de Armas, Chilote specializes in pescados and mariscos, and gives it to guests at a fairly reasonable price. The salmon with the sauce of the day cost $CH4,400 and you can sample a dish of lenguado for CH$6,800. Monday - Saturday 10:30 a.m. - 12 a.m., closed Sunday.
