Hotel Rokamar is a budget hotel located in downtown Viña, about four blocks from the beach and the restaurants of Avenida San Martin.

The lovely old building dates from the early 1900s. The décor is a bit dated but rooms are clean and come with private bathroom, cable TV and phone. Breakfast is included in the price but there is no bar or restaurant.

The atmosphere is good and there is a real sense of relaxed enjoyment. The staff are friendly and if you speak to them nicely you might get a better deal.
