Restaurant Overview
Food
Viña prides itself on the variety and quality of restaurants in town. Most are on Avenida San Martin, Avenida Valparaíso and Plaza JF Vergara.
Avenida San Martin is the main tourist thoroughfare and the restaurants are not cheap. However, you are spoilt for choice from a large number of Chilean, seafood, Italian, Argentine, Japanese and Mexican restaurants. This street is especially good if you are tired of eating Chilean food. You can also find fast food chains along this strip.
If you are on a tight budget, there are a number of cheap bars along Avenida Valparaíso and on the corner of Avenida's Valparaíso and Von Schroeders. These places offer snacks in addition to drinks.
