Hospedaje Lautaro is a barebones hostel just two blocks up from Coyhaique’s main bus terminal. The main house has rooms on two floors, a kitchen, and a couple of shared baths. Out in the orchard-shaded garden, tents have sprung up like multi-colored mushrooms beneath the cherry and plum trees. Along the back of the yard are three more rooms and bath. This hostel is popular with tour groups making the Bariloche-Chaltén trip. The bathrooms have limited hours.
