Each day the menu is different at Restaurant Martín Pescador. Depending on what ingredients are available, owner-chef Tatiana creates elegant, novo-Chilean dishes. This semi-round bistro with large windows and peasant flair is a popular home-away-from home for foreigner travelers. In evenings they come to share tales of whitewater and fly-fishing adventures.
