Vegetarians can count on suitable dishes at Sur Andes. Mostly the plates are of vegetables with rice, though tofu and other soy additions can be special-ordered in advance. In addition, some meat dishes appear on the board. The chef also makes some wicked desserts of local fruits, as well as queque de algarroba (carob cake). Sur Andes also has an adjacent hostel and artisan shop. Open daily 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
