Chile has a well-developed tourist infrastructure, making it an easily accessible country to travel to. When you’re packing, don’t forget that the seasons in Chile are opposite of those in the Northern hemisphere. Also, bring a small first aid kit with any medicine you take on a regular basis, plus some anti-diarrhea pills, aspirin, insect repellent, band-aids, and sunscreen. Most of these items are easily available throughout Chile, however it is best to bring them from home than to risk not finding what you want.
