Apart from Chilean military charters, the only airline flying to Rapa Nui is LAN Chile. There is daily flight departing Santiago around 8.30 a.m. each morning except Mondays. A round trip costs in the vicinity of US$500. The airplane continues on from Rapa Nui to Tahiti on Wednesdays and Sundays, stopping on the island when returning to Santiago on Mondays and Thursdays. Flying from Santiago to Rapa Nui and vice versa is considered an internal flight so you are not subject to international passport clearance. However, if you are flying from Tahiti into Chile, you are subjected to the strict customs rules and may not bring in vegetal or animal products.
