Islanders are very friendly and accommodating, the general level of service in all places is good. Menus at most restaurants and cafés are printed in Spanish, English and Japanese, the cuisine is mainly seafood orientated. Tuna is a local specialty.
For a night of traditional/fusion music and local cuisine, Matatoa is an excellent choice.
