For standard Chilean fare, the locals head to El Toro. This swanky restaurant and bar is decorated with red pleather, disco lights and walls covered in guests' handwritten comments. The covered outdoor area, complete with paper tablecloths and crayons, is great for kids. Smoking is permitted both indoors out, and the service here is impeccable.
