This church is one of the oldest buildings in Chile, built between 1586 and 1628. However, due to earthquakes, it has been restored several times throughout the years. There is a museum on-site that covers the history of the church—interesting, but probably only for die-hard church historians, the others can content themselves with a stroll through the church.
