Hostel Plaza de Armas

Centrally located in the historic Plaza de Armas, as the name indicates, this hostel occupies the sixth floor and has great views of the activity below. The design of the common areas is very posh with wood floors, high ceilings and glass balcony doors. There are dorms and private rooms; all include a full breakfast. There is a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, free Internet access and lockers available (outside the rooms). The only downside is that the open floor plan—none of the rooms have individual ceilings—may cause a lot of noise issues.
