Hidden within a nondescript office building, Ciudad de Vitoria is a quaint boutique hotel that should not be passed up because of its camouflage. This comfortable establishment, complete with frilly curtains and flowered sofas, is warm and welcoming. The hotel has a friendly and accommodating staff, some of whom are bilingual. Surrounded by great architecture, the metro and local hangouts, Hotel Ciudad de Vitoria is also very well located. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
