Majestic is by far the best Indian restaurant in Santiago. In fact, you’ll have to book one week in advance if you want to eat there. The Indian chef specializes in curries and tandoori cuisine and the menu includes vegetarian and vegan options. The food isn’t cheap, but is well worth the price. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Open daily for lunch and dinner, closed Sunday.
