On this exceptional sailing and trekking expedition, sail past villages of the indigenous Yamana people (sea nomads), through narrow fjords and canals always surrounded by a remote glacial landscape. The diversity of the fauna and flora in these latitudes is simply incredible.
During trekking tours, explore the untouched mountains and their dramatic hanging glaciers as you climb to peaks in the breathtaking Darwin mountain range. The yacht serves during the whole trip as a swimming base camp.
On trekking tours, you will camp in scenic places surrounded by subantarctic rainforest, jagged peaks, turquoise lagoons or gleaming glaciers. You will also visit a typical family-owned Patagonian estancia (ranch) which gives an up-close look at the hard farming life in this extreme region. Enjoy the gaucho atmosphere with lamb barbecues, campfires, and a shared gourd of mate to warm you up on this chilly Tierra del Fuego adventure.
