Lago Pehoé, though acting as a serene foreground to the jagged Cuernos del Paine, offers little in the way of activity; mostly, it is a starting (or ending) point for various excursions through Torres del Paine National Park. Hikers on the W and Circuit trails will have to cross it via a 45-minute catamaran ride (read: excellent photo op), as will those doing day hikes to the Glacier Grey trail. It's also home to the island-bound Hostería Pehoé, the oldest hotel in Torres del Paine.
