Hostal El Chispa

Once upon a time this was the house that Nicolás Sieckovic built. It later was home for many decades to the first Compañía de Bomberos (fire department). Since the beginning of the millennium, this hostel has played host to tourists who come to blaze a trail to Porvenir and Tierra del Fuego sites. From autumn to spring, it is frequently occupied by work crews. Hostal El Chispa also has an inexpensive restaurant.
