El Chilote Mena

El Chilote Mena is one of those restaurants with a tantalizing variety of dishes on its menu, boasting everything from soups, salads and sandwiches to chicken, beef, and seafood, though you may need to go through four or five dishes to find one that is actually available. Prices are reasonable, but portions are not large, and the service can lag. There are separate smoking and non-smoking sections, and a boat-shaped bar where you can enjoy a beer ($2.50).
