The owners may be lax in their cleaning regimen, and the guests-to-bathroom ratio is not what it could be, but at $6.50 a night, this centrally located hospedaje has a lot going for it: decent-sized, comfortable rooms with cable TV, some of which even have views of the coastline. Guests can also use the kitchen. The friendly owner, Elena, is also a good source of travel tips. Less-than-nimble travelers might find the stairs down to the rooms to be treacherous.
