A veritable maze of narrow hallways, Hostal Sotomayor loses points not only for the small size of the rooms, but also for its hyperactive heating system, matched by the penetrating odor of cleaning supplies, and, in other places, smoke. The staff will not earn any tips for congeniality either. Rooms with both private and shared bathrooms are available, and, as a nice perk at this fairly standard price range, there's WiFi throughout the building. Breakfast is included, as is cable TV. The owners will be happy to haggle over the rates.
