Tenaún is an isolated fishing village on a nice waterfront location across from Isla Mechuque. The local church, simply called “The Church of Tenaún,” was built in 1837 and named a World Heritage Site in 2000. The church has severe water damage and is in dire need of repair, but you can still tour the inside or visit a neighboring museum.
