Don Tito and his wife have a pleasant, quiet hostel just two blocks up Avenida Salvador Allende from the bus

station. The multi-bed rooms are large, the ones for sole travelers a bit small. A few of the first-floor accommodations are windowless. Take a look before choosing. Those rooms with private bath also come with cable TV. A minus for some may be the cushiony foam mattresses. The couple, though, provides a safe, clean retreat and is friendly.
