The murmur of waves washing against the pier leggings of Restaurant Club de Yates fills the salon. The moon's light upon Reloncavà Sound is visible from any table diners choose in this modern, all-glass bistro. The world-class chefs here create an international menu (available in English and, soon, Mandarin) of over 220 palate-tempting dishes, specializing in sea foods and a variety of fishes. Turf offerings include rabbit, chicken, duck, beef and pork, as well as exotic meats like rhea, pheasant, jabalà (wild boar) and goose. Their new menu includes vegeterian and typical Chilean dishes, as well. The wine list is just as extensive, with over 145 fine vintages to choose. And despite the high-class atmosphere, diners are welcomed to amble in dressed as casually as they please. À la carte dishes from $11. Open Monday-Saturday noon-3 p.m., 8-11 p.m.
