Meliá Patagonia

Hotel Sol Melia is an over-the-top five star extravaganza. From the outside Melia doesn’t look as posh as it is hailed to be, but the inside does not leave anything for want. There are multiple lounge areas, both indoor and outdoor, that have private areas to enjoy the view and relax. In fact some of the seating areas are actual beds covered by fine white linens. There are two restaurants, one specializing in Chilean fare, the other in Mediterranean cuisine. There is a spa offering all of the extras, a pool with two Jacuzzis and a business center. The reception staff is exceptionally cold. The restaurant waiters, on the other hand, are quite gracious.
