Restaurant Costanera

Restaurant Costanera, a tasteful mid-range restaurant, has a mostly seafood menu with a long wine list and stately, friendly service. The upstairs dining area has a wall entirely of windows that overlook the beach and ocean—which is particularly nice at sunset. The daily menu typically features a hearty soup and fish for the main course, and the restaurant’s Celestino—a thick crepe with a dulce de leche filling–really is heavenly.
