Founded by Boris Bakulic over 20 years ago, this gorgeous seaside restaurant was rebuilt in 2000 after a tragic fire nearly destroyed it. The restaurant specializes in fresh seafood and mariscos, which are uniquely prepared and served with artistic flair. To stray from the usual Chilean wine, order the local favorite “serena sour”, which replaces pisco sour's lemon with a papaya. Try the delicious corvina, reineta or congrio a la plancha, which comes with buttered asparagus. Parents can ask for the children's menu.
