Eco Turismo offers comprehensive and comfortable tours of the Elquí Valley, Islas Damas (where you’ll find penguins a few hours north of La Serena), the cloud forest in Fray Jorge National Park and the Valle del Encanto. The agency also offers transport to the Mamalluca and Collowara observatories and city tours of La Serena and Coquimbo. Most tours include hotel pick up, a lunch or snack and the price of museum or park entrance. Bilingual guides give tours in both Spanish and English, though the explanations in Spanish are often far more in depth.
