Capel Piscera

The largest Pisco producer in Chile, Planta Pisco Capel, offers inexpensive guided tours of its distillery within walking distance from Vicuña. A tour of the distillery gives a behind the scenes, industrial-scale look at how the country’s signature drink is produced and a chance to purchase the liquor after the tour is finished.

Jan & Feb: Monday-Sunday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

March-Dec: Tuesday-Sunday 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 2:30-6 p.m.
