Residencias Real is one of the least expensive hostels in Arica. Its rooms are clean, large and amply furnished with nice touches like built-in closet and shelves for stowing luggage, cable TV, reading lamp and lace-clothed covered table. Even though the rooms are decked with two or three beds, the lone traveler is welcomed. All share common baths with on-demand hot water. Rooms in the back on the second floor are airy and light. These share a small balcony patio.
