Cerro Guane Guane - Climbing - Chile

Cerro GuaneGuane is one of the several volcanoes that you can see from the village of Parinacota. This 5,097-meter (3,058 ft) tall mountain is a non-demanding all-day hike from the pueblo below. Once atop the hill, you’ll be awarded with incredible views of snowy volcanoes and jewel lagoons strewn across the high-altitude plains. On the peak is a ceremonial site where ancient Aymara celebrated their rites.
