The Museo de Bogotá has a new home in the historic center of the city, in Casa Sámano, the former home of Nueva Granada's last viceroy. The late 18th century structure has a new, urban-chic annex with manholes encased in glass floors on the back. The building is as much a work of interest as are the exhibits that fill the spaces. The displays, which change every three months, show off different facets of Bogotá's history. Topics include the city's oldest radio station, publishing and other themes.
