La Macarena, Bogotá, Colombia

Restaurant

By Richard McColl

Quite simply the most exclusive and expensive restaurant in Bogota and with good reason. Chef Leonor Espinosa has dedicated this establishment to saving Colombian coastal food. If you can make a reservation and secure a table then be sure to try the tuna cut encrusted with santanderean ants. Come well dressed, you'll be brushing shoulders with the highest ranking politicians.
