
Along with the Zona T, Parque de la 93 is one of the most important areas of Bogotá for merrymaking. With a plethora of restaurants, bars and clubs, the area has transformed from a residential district into a commercial one. With fewer students, this area appeals to a more mature crowd than the Zona T, and when one sees the prices is not hard to see why. For an excellent night out you should head to Salto del Angel on the western edge of the park, where you can enjoy dinner and watch as the restaurant morphs into a thumping bar and nightclub complete with open fireplaces inside and terraces upon which to gaze down onto the dance floor.
