If you take the Hotel Tequendama as a reference point or are visiting the Museo Nacional, then you are standing in the small but perfectly located district of Samper. Samper is filled with fancy restaurants that cater to a highly paid clientele on weekdays while La Macarena is up the hill behind the Museo Nacional and beyond the Plaza de Toros.
