Color de Hormiga proclaims itself as Comida Atípica —that is precisely what you’ll find here. Much of its menu is prepared with a regional delicacy: hormigas culonas (fat-bottomed ants). Try the beef tenderloin in ant sauce or, if you’re not such the adventurous sort, in a bleu cheese sauce ($8.50). Color de Hormiga also presents beef shish kabob and a few chicken platters.
