The main Telecom branch has local and national calls at $0.05 per minute, international calls from $0.40 per minute and private-booth internet at $1.05 per hour (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday 8-11 a.m., closed holidays. Calle 36 17-75). Shops offer local and national services for $0.10-0.15 per minute. Several Comcel agents around Parque de Santos (Calle 33 and Carrera 22) have inexpensive international calls at $0.15 per minute.

 

Most internet cafés cost $0.80 per hour, including Barichar@ On-Line, which also has Skype (7:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Carrera 20 33-34, Tel: 7-652-0982).

 

To send letters and packages or receive poste restante, go to Adpostal (Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-noon, 2-6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.-noon. Carrera 16 37-106).
