Although the restaurant scene may not be as diverse when school’s not in session and students overrun the city, there are still quality options. Luckily, some of the restaurants in this college town have college prices. The comida corriente is tasty and cheap, and ready to be washed down with a glass of beer or liquor. Unlike the ample supply of restaurants with lunch specials, cafés with real coffee are more elusive. Searching for a cup of brewed coffee may feel like a scavenger hunt at first, but there are key spots to refuel on a cup of joe. Head downtown to feed your caffeine and pastry needs. If you’re into a whole-grain, fresh-fruit breakfast instead of a cup of leaded coffee, several cafés offer delicious, healthy dishes. Many have vegetarian options at good prices, too.<o:p></o:p>
