Málaga and its region have plenty for all. There are numerous lagoons, páramo, waterfalls and caves. Adventure sportspeople can delve into the depths of Cueva de Culichal, practice torrentismo at Cascadas de Miranda, or rock climb Peñas del Cabío and Colorada, near Enciso. Several of the interesting small villages have balnearios, or swimming spas. Concepción is well-known for woollen textiles; Cerritos for its wind-swept páramo. Tequia ruins and Miranda make an enjoyable day hike, with are the indigenous cemeteries between the two. While in Málaga, go bowling, whether US ten-pin in town or three-pin bolo criollo on the outskirts.
