Ever wonder what ever happened to all those bowling alleys once the sport lost favor in the United States? Well, it appears everything was shipped to Colombia, lanes, shoes and balls. (The pinsetters, though, not—they’re human, so watch for him to get on the rafters before you fire your ball down to those ten pins.) Bring back your childhood days; bowling, called bolo or boliche in this country, is once more affordable: $0.95 per línea (that is, per game, per person). You don’t have to worry about anything—the balls are there (though few over 12 pounds) and shoes are rented (large sizes available; $0.25). Pop the cap on a brewski and join the friendly gang at Club Málaga Real for a round on its six lanes. Women are welcomed.

Travel Tips: In the front room and upstairs are billiards, also—but this sports is frowned upon for mujeres.
