This classy, yet rustic dining hall of worn brick and wood is a pleasing atmosphere in which to sit down and enjoy an excellent meal. With a menu aimed at the carnivorous crowd, Restaurante El Solar brings sizzling steaks to your table, including what it promises to be an authentic T-bone Americano ($7-13). There’s also several chicken breast and fish platters for those who want a lighter flesh to hit their taste buds ($7.40-8 and $10.50-14.70, respectively). In season, the strands of live vallenato music drift through the large space, adding to the ambience.
