Aventura Total lives up to its name. The company offers all types of adventures in the San Gil region, from white water rafting on the all three main rivers (Fonce, Suárez and Chicamocha) to rappelling at Pinchote and torrentismo at Cascada Juan Curí to caving at Cuevas Antigua, de la Vaca and del Yeso or horseback riding trips (cabalgatas) to Hacienda Santa Bárbara or Curití ($27 per person, all inclusive). Aventura Total’s fame rests in its notoriety as San Gil’s better operator for paragliding. However, some do not recommend the company for rafting.
