The delivery men are hustling, picking up orders amd running out to their awaiting motorbikes. The food here at Restaurante China seems popular at this early lunch hour. Already a third of the tables in this medium-sized, dimly lit restaurant decorated with typical Chinese ornaments are full, despite there being no set-plate--all is à la carte. The usual oriental fare, made with fish, pork, chicken, beef or seafood, is served here: chow fan, or fried rice ($3.70-8.50), chop suey ($4.75-8.50), noodles ($6.35-8.50), sweet and sour ($5.80-6.90), chow mein ($5.45-8.50) and a variety of stir fries ($5.30-20.10). Combination plates are on the menu for those who can't quite make up their minds ($4.75-9). Vegetarians have few choices--either chop suey or chow mein. Sodas, lemonade, pony malta and beer are the wash-down options. Open daily 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
