The delivery men are hustling, picking up orders and running out to their awaiting motorbikes. The food here at Restaurante China seems popular at this early lunch hour. Already a third of the tables in this medium-sized, dimly lit restaurant decorated with typical Chinese ornaments are full, despite there being no set-plate--all is à la carte. The usual oriental fare, made with fish, pork, chicken, beef or seafood, is served here: chow fan, or fried rice ($4.70-9.50), chop suey ($5.75-9.50), noodles ($7.35-9.50), sweet and sour ($6.80-7.90), chow mein ($6.45-9.50) and a variety of stir fries ($6.30-22.10). Combination plates are on the menu for those who can't quite make up their minds ($5.75-9). Vegetarians have few choices--either chop suey or chow mein. Sodas, lemonade, pony malta and beer are the wash-down options. Open daily 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
