Upon walking in, Restaurante Vegetariano Roma appears small, with only a few tables. But head up the staircase to the second floor where two rooms await your dining experience. Formally set tables, with linen cloths and napkins, and attentive service adds to the relaxing vedic meal you are about to partake. The luncheon menu offers two choices of main dish, of gluten or soy, with brown rice and two of drink, either fresh fruit drink or soy milk ($2-3.70). À la carte pasta dishes, with bread and dessert ($2.35-3.70) and breakfast ($1.35-1.85) are also prepared. Open daily 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
