A Tuscany-country feel pervades every one of the many rooms and patio of the well-appointed Ristorante-Caffe La Buona Vita. Is that what draws so many of Tunja's wealthier citizens and visitors, or is it the distinguished service--or maybe it's the home-made pastas created by the chef who learned his trade in Italy? Begin your meal in traditional fashion with an antipasto ($9-11.50). Then move on to the pasta ($10-15) or a wood-fire-oven-baked pizza (5.95-20, depending on size) or one of the numerous meat or seafood entrées ($10-16). Unfortunately, there are no dishes suitable for vegetarians. A variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks can accompany your repast; wine is sold by the bottle only. Open Monday-Saturday 12 p.m.-9:30 p.m., Sunday and holidays 12 p.m.-4 p.m.
