Casa de los Fundadores (as it is commonly called) is an inn with a bit of a difference: It is a project of the Dominica nuns. Many years ago, their community was on these lands. Now the sisters have built an exclusive hotel with all the luxuries you can imagine, from to sauna and chocolate therapy massages to guided horseback riding tours to (well, yes) their very own chapel. Other special touches are the fire pit, bicycle rental, game room and playground. The guest rooms are immaculately decorated, with private baths. Special vacation packages are offered, as well as all-inclusive wedding plans.
