Focusing on guided walking tours for all ages, Guías y Trvesías will take you on short and long hikes to 70 attractions in and around Villa de Leyva. Trace the Footsteps of the Past to El Fósil, Monasterio de Santo Ecce Homo and El Infiernito or gather the Jewels of the Desert in Ráquira and Monsterio de la Candelaria (either tour: adults $21, children $17.50, 4 hours). Head out to Santa Sofía for the Caves, Rivers and Roads of Adventure (adults $21, children $17.50, 6 hours) or hike to sacred Laguna de Iguaque (adults $24, children $20, 9 hours). All excursions include guide, transport and entry fees. Guías y Travesías also rents bicycles ($3.20 / hour, $10.50 / half-day, $18.50 / 24 hours).
