Hotel Anaconda

While not the most expensive hotel in Leticia, the extras Hotel Anaconda piles on makes it an excellent value. Its 50 rooms all come with balconies, some with a view of the Amazon River. These large suites have good beds, private bath (both cold and hot water), air conditioning, TV and mini-bar. The pool (with a slide!) is open not only to guests, but also to the paying public (adult $3.20, child $2.35). Hotel Anaconda has its own water and energy plants, to guarantee its clientele never go without. All of this, and much more continues to make this well-established hostel a Leticia favorite.
